Fully Equipped Tool Shop to Build, Maintain, and Repair

At Accu-Mold Plastics, we offer a comprehensive range of machining services designed to meet the highest standards of precision and quality in mold and tooling fabrication. Our CNC machining capabilities enable us to produce highly accurate and complex components with tight tolerances, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout the production process. Whether it's for prototype development or high-volume production, our CNC technology delivers exceptional results for even the most demanding applications.

We also specialize in Sinker (EDM), a process that allows us to create complex shapes and fine details in hard materials that would be difficult to achieve through traditional machining methods. This technology is ideal for producing precision molds with intricate cavities and detailed features. Additionally, our Surface Grinding capabilities ensure that components achieve the required surface finishes and flatness, further enhancing the quality of the final product.

For projects that require hands-on expertise, we offer Manual Machining services. Our skilled machinists handle custom, one-off jobs and repairs, allowing for hands-on adjustments and fine-tuning of parts that may require more custom, detailed work.

Additionally, Heat Treating is an essential process we offer to improve the durability and strength of our molds and components. By altering the material properties through controlled heating and cooling, we ensure that every mold or part has the necessary hardness and wear resistance for long-lasting performance. Together, these services create a fully integrated solution capable of handling the most intricate injection molding projects.

Run

From Single Cavity Prototype To Full Production

At Accu-Mold Plastics, the "Run" or production phase is where your products are brought to life. Our facility is equipped with automated injection molding machines ranging from 22 to 125 tons, allowing us to handle a variety of part sizes and complexities. With shot sizes ranging from 1.2 ounces to just under 9 ounces, we can accommodate everything from small and intricate  to larger, more robust parts. This flexibility enables us to meet the diverse needs of industries like medical and electronics.

Our advanced geothermal controlled Clean Room ensures that parts are produced in a contamination-free environment. With expertise in Overmolding and Insert Molding processes, this allows us to combine different materials or incorporate metal inserts into plastic parts, enhancing durability, functionality, and design complexity.

Accu-Mold is equipped for both short-run prototyping and full-scale production, giving you the flexibility to test designs or ramp up for mass production. Throughout the process, our stringent inspection and quality control measures ensure that every part meets exact specifications before leaving our facility. We also offer a range of value-added services including part assembly, packaging, and just-in-time delivery, providing a complete production solution from start to finish. Whether it’s a small prototype batch or high-volume manufacturing, we deliver precision, quality, and efficiency at every stage.
